The Last Stage
Kaasen should have committed the serum in Safety to Ed Rohn. But no one reckoned, that the team would vanquish the storm and so, the lights go out in Safety and Ed Rohn sleeps, when Kaasen passes the town with his team.

Kaasen directly drove further to Nome and surmounts, instead of the planned 31 miles a distance of 52 miles, because he knows, that waking the dwellers and transship the serum would cost to much time and that this probably will cost some lifes.
